RECIPE OF THE DAY (November 17th 2006):
Indian Chicken Cashewnut Balls

Ingredients: Ground Chicken 1 lb (buy pre washed
and drain away any liquid), 1 tsp. coriander
powder/dhaniya powder, green chilies finely chopped
according to your own taste, 1/4 cup finely chopped
fresh cilantro (make sure no water is present), 10 cashew
nuts, 4 tbsp. of milk, 1 1/2 tsp. ginger paste, salt
to taste, ajinomoto /tasting salt a pinch (optional),
oil for deep-frying.
Method: 1. Soak 10 cashewnuts in 4 tbsp.
of milk for 1 hr and grind to a smooth thick paste (if
required add 1 extra tbsp. of milk while grinding).
Should make 2 tbsp. of paste. 2. Mix all ingredients
and divide into small lime size balls and deep fry in
oil until golden in colour. serve hot and for garnish
serve ketchup, thin slices of onion & lemon wedges.
