INDIAN RECIPE OF THE DAY (January 3rd 2007): Indian Veal Cutlets

Ingredients:
2 lb. veal steak, bread crumbs, 4 tbsp. drippings, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 egg beaten, salt and pepper to taste, 1 cup water


Method: 1. Dip veal in egg and crumbs. 2. Season. 3. Brown in drippings, cooking on medium high to brown meat. 4. Place in casserole or baking dish. 5. To drippings left in skillet. 6. Add water and worcestershire sauce. 7. Pour over veal. 8. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. (serves 4 people)
